This website www.domore.ie (the “Site”) is owned and operated McGee’s Photocentre Ltd , a company incorporated under the laws of
McGee;s photocentre and www.domore.ie provides to its members a variety of on-line and off line services, including an on-line photo print ordering service, digital image storage, and editing your digital photographs (and such other services as we may choose to make available from time to time), hereafter jointly and severally referred to as the “Service”.
Your use of the Site and/or of the Service is subject to our terms and conditions of use which we have set out below (the “Terms”), and by accessing and using the Site and/or Service you agree, and you are signifying your agreement, to be bound by and subject to the Terms.
If you simply want to browse through this Site to see what www.domore.ie has to offer, there is no need for you to register. Nonetheless, your use of the Site will be subject to Part (I) of these Terms. If you proceed to register to join the Site to avail of the Services, you will be asked to tick a box to signify that you have read, understood and accepted the Terms including the additional Terms set out in Part (II) on registering with us. If you do not read or agree to our Terms, you should not access or use the Site or Service.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, McGee’s Photocentre reserves the right to modify the Terms and you should review the Terms on a regular basis to check for any such changes.
None of the provisions of these Terms shall be interpreted as to deprive you of any rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory Irish law.
PART I – FOR NON-REGISTERED USERS OF THE SITE
1. Use of Site
Unless otherwise specified, the Site and any of its facilities and/or the Service are for your personal and non-commercial use only. You may download, display or print part of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may save a copy of this page to your local hard disk for the purposes of creating one personal back-up copy.
You agree not to copy, duplicate, modify, transmit, display, distribute, perform, reproduce, licence, publish, create derivative works from, transfer, sell, resell or exploit any information, software, products and services contained on or forming part of the Site and/or Service, or otherwise use such content of the Site for resale, re-distribution or for any other commercial use including any surveys, contests or pyramid schemes, or to participate in or cause others to participate in sending chain letters, junk email, spam, duplicate or unsolicited co
